Terrence Thompson
Founder

Capitalizing on decades of experience working in Washington for Members of the House and Senate, associations, corporations and political campaigns. Terrence Thompson is singularly positioned to advise clients on how to create successful solutions to reach their governmental engagement goals.

Prior to founding 2T Advisory, Terrence was Head of Office for Kyndryl, Inc. He successfully built the US government affairs function creating advocacy strategies, e.g. AI, Cybersecurity, etc. He also led lobbying efforts at Dell Technologies, Credit Suisse, and the US Chamber of Commerce.

Terrence was the New Hampshire Policy Director for President Barack Obama’s 2012 campaign. He joined the campaign from the office of Majority Leader Harry Reid, where he was the Staff Director of the Democratic Steering and Outreach Committee.

Terrence also worked in the House of Representatives for Congressman/Reverend Floyd H. Flake, leading Mr. Flake’s legislative efforts on education reform, which led to a successful educational reform advocacy campaign in several states working with the American Education Reform Council.

Terrence is a proud graduate of the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
